Reverend Anthony L. Dix is a dedicated man of faith, born and raised in the vibrant city of Cleveland, Ohio. From an early age, he demonstrated a strong commitment to education and service.

 

With a thirst for knowledge and a desire to excel, he successfully obtained his high school diploma and graduated from East High School & the prestigious Academy of Finance, then part of the Cleveland Public Schools system, taking the first step towards his future accomplishments.

 

Following his graduation, Reverend Dix answered the call of duty and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. Throughout his service, he demonstrated unwavering dedication, loyalty, and a strong sense of honor. His time in the Marine Corps instilled in him the values of discipline, integrity, and a deep love for his country.

 

With a desire to continue his education and expand his horizons, Reverend Dix pursued higher education at Park University. There, he diligently worked towards obtaining his bachelor’s degree in business management, showcasing his determination and commitment to personal growth. Reverend Dix's thirst for knowledge and passion for his faith led him to further his studies at Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity. It was there that he obtained his Masters in Religion with a concentration in Worship Studies. This educational achievement equipped him with a deeper understanding of the scriptures and a specialization in worship, further enhancing his ability to serve his community.

 

In addition to his educational pursuits and ministry, Reverend Dix is a loving father to three children, Anthony, Jayla, and Daeshawn. He cherishes his role as a father and strives to instill in them the same values of faith, education, and service that have guided his own life. Reverend Dix is deeply rooted in his faith and has a strong connection to his community. He is an Active member of Kappa Lambda Chi Military Fraternity Incorporated. He actively participates in various ministries and plays an integral role in uplifting and empowering, the youth, the community, & the congregation. Today, Reverend Dix continues to serve as a compassionate and inspiring leader, guiding his congregation and community with wisdom, love, and grace. He is currently serving as the President of the 5th Sunday Fellowship Union. Presiding as Moderator for New Jerusalem Full Gospel Baptist Church, Huspah Baptist Church, Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, and First African Baptist Church Big Estate.

 

Reverend Dix is currently the Senior Pastor of New Jerusalem Full Gospel Baptist Church. His unwavering commitment to his faith, education, and service make him a beloved figure and a source of strength for those who seek his guidance.
